GSA Data Center 01 Company Limited (“GSA”), the joint venture between Gulf Development (GULF), Singtel, and Advanced Info Service (AIS), has successfully secured a landmark THB 7.3 billion green financing facility arranged by UOB — acting as deal coordinator, green loan coordinator, and mandated lead arranger — together with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Bangkok Bank, KASIKORNBANK, Kiatnakin Phatra Bank, OCBC, and Siam Commercial Bank.
This milestone financing will enable the development and construction of GSA’s 25.6 MW hyperscale-ready data center in Samut Prakan, supporting the rising demand for data processing and digital infrastructure across Southeast Asia.
The transaction represents one of Thailand’s earliest large-scale green financing deals for data center infrastructure and underscores the confidence of seven leading regional and domestic financial institutions in GSA’s vision and capability.
